I hereby consent to use of my name, image, photograph, voice, performance, likeness, social media handles and/or other content I provide or authorize (“My Content”), in whole or in part, by Hyatt Corporation, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees and licensees (collectively, “Hyatt”) and their successors and assigns for purposes of advertising and/or trade in any and all media, throughout the world in perpetuity, without restriction as to frequency or duration of usage. Such uses may include, but are not limited to, illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, internal communications and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the Internet. I hereby waive any claim of royalty, remuneration or compensation in any form for said uses.
I understand that I have no right, title or interest to the materials containing My Content (“Hyatt Materials”) and that, as between us, Hyatt shall own all rights in and to the Hyatt Materials, including the copyright. I further agree, subject to the provisions above, that Hyatt may use My Content in any manner, including truncated or modified forms. I hereby release Hyatt and its authorized agents from any and all claims that may arise out of or are in any way connected with all use permitted under this release.
I hereby warrant and represent that I am at least 18 years of age* and have the full right to contract in
my own name with respect to the matters stated above.
